  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or after delivery acceptance.

Return Process

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.

  3. Once approved, you may bring the item to our store or arrange for collection (collection fees may apply).

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund at no extra cost.
